Hire PPC Specialists
Paid advertising is the one marketing channel where a mistake is billed by the click. A campaign left on broad match with no negative keywords, or bidding towards a conversion that fires on every page view, will spend its whole budget and report success while doing it. Problems of this kind are common in accounts that nobody has reviewed for a while.
The specialist you hire works inside your own advertising accounts and reports to you. You can see every search term, every change and every amount spent. Nothing runs through an account that belongs to us.

Paid media work we take on
Most of what a PPC specialist does falls under the six headings below. For anything outside them, describe it and we will tell you if we can do it.
Account audits
A written review of structure, match types, search terms, conversion settings, audience overlap and wasted spend. Each finding comes with the evidence and the change proposed.
Conversion tracking
Setting up conversion actions, enhanced conversions, the Meta Pixel and Conversions API, and offline conversion imports from your CRM, so bidding is based on real enquiries and sales.
Search campaigns
Keyword research, ad groups built around intent, responsive search ads, assets, negative keyword lists and regular search-term reviews on Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising.
Shopping and Performance Max
Product feed fixes in Merchant Center, titles and attributes, asset groups and brand exclusions, with checks on where the automated campaign types are really placing your adverts.
Paid social on Meta
Campaigns for Facebook and Instagram: audience definition, creative testing with one variable changed at a time, catalogue ads, and attention to frequency so the same people are not shown one advert all month.
Budget and bid management
Choosing a bid strategy that suits the volume of conversion data, pacing spend through the month, and moving budget away from campaigns that do not pay back.
Ad platforms and supporting tools
The specialist works in the platforms where your budget is spent and in the tools that show whether it was spent well.

Experience levels for paid media
The more budget an account carries, and the less time you have to check it, the more senior the person in charge should be.
Junior
Builds campaigns from a plan, writes ad variations, adds negative keywords, and prepares the weekly figures. Changes to budgets and bidding are checked by someone senior.
Choose when: an experienced manager on your side decides strategy and approves changes.
Mid-level
Manages an account independently: structure, bidding, testing and reporting. Notices when tracking breaks and fixes it. Explains performance as cost per enquiry or sale, not clicks.
Choose when: you have a settled budget and clear targets and want the account managed week by week.
Senior
Decides how budget is split between platforms and campaign types, questions whether reported conversions are real, and will advise you to spend less when the numbers call for it.
Choose when: spend is large, several platforms are in use, or results look better in the ad platform than in your bank account.
Before the first campaign change
Give us the background
Tell us what you advertise, on which platforms, and roughly what you spend per month. Read-only access to the ad account is the quickest way for us to understand it.
Meet the named specialist
One person is proposed, with a profile, and you speak to them yourself. If you are not convinced, tell us and another specialist is suggested.
Begin with an audit or one campaign
A limited first job shows you how the specialist reasons and reports. You decide on a continuing arrangement after seeing it.
Ongoing management
All changes are made in your own advertising and analytics accounts, which stay under your ownership and keep a change history you can inspect. A summary reaches you weekly; the invoice is monthly.
Does this way of working suit your advertising?
We are a good choice when
- You already advertise and want someone accountable reviewing the account regularly.
- You are unsure whether the conversions in your reports are real enquiries.
- You want full access to your own account, including search terms and change history.
- You are an agency needing campaign management delivered under your name.
Look elsewhere when
- You want a promised return on ad spend or cost per lead. Auction prices, competitors and your own conversion rate move those figures, and we will not commit to a number we do not control.
- Your monthly ad budget is so small that a management fee would exceed it. We will tell you if that is the case.
- The landing page cannot be changed. Adverts send people to a page, and if the page does not persuade, better adverts only bring more people to it.
- You want adverts run from an account you cannot see into.
PPC questions, answered plainly
Can you promise a return on ad spend?
No. Return depends on what competitors bid, how well your site converts, your prices and your margins. What we can commit to is accurate tracking, removing waste as it is found, and telling you when a campaign is not paying for itself.
Is the advertising budget part of your fee?
No. Our fee is for the specialist's time. Google, Microsoft and Meta charge the payment method on your own account for the media, and those charges never pass through us.
Should we use Performance Max?
It depends on your conversion data and your product feed. It can work well for shops with accurate purchase tracking. It can also spend on your own brand name and on low-value placements, so we set brand exclusions and review the placement and search-term insights the platform provides.
How often is the account checked?
The cadence is agreed at the start and depends on spend. Search terms, budgets and disapproved adverts are reviewed on that schedule, and the weekly summary lists each change made and the reason for it.
Our current account belongs to a previous agency. What now?
Ask the owner to transfer it or to grant you administrative access. If that is refused, we build a new account under your business. You lose the history but gain control, which matters more over time.
How do we end the arrangement?
It is month to month. Tell us before the next month begins and remove our user access. Everything stays in your account as it was, along with handover notes on what is running and why.
