White Label Digital Marketing

An agency that builds websites is asked, within a month of launch, how the site will find customers. Hiring a paid-media buyer, an email specialist and a writer to answer that question is a large bet for a small studio.

We do the production work behind your marketing service. Campaigns are set up, run and reported by our people, and presented by yours. Strategy and the client relationship remain with your agency. Outcomes depend on the market, the offer and the budget, so we make no promise about them and ask you not to make one for us.

Channels

Work we take on for agencies

Paid search

Account structure, keyword and negative lists, ad copy variants, conversion tracking and weekly search-term reviews.

Paid social

Audience definitions, creative sizes for each placement, pixel and server-side event set-up, and budget pacing.

Email

Welcome sequences, newsletters and abandoned-basket messages, with list hygiene and sender authentication through SPF, DKIM and DMARC.

Social content

A monthly calendar of posts written and designed to the brand guide, scheduled after approval.

Landing pages

Single-purpose pages built by our developers, with forms wired to the client's CRM.

Measurement

Analytics properties, tag management, consent mode and a dashboard the client can read without training.

Ownership

Accounts, money and data

A marketing account stores every past campaign and its results. Whoever owns the account owns that record.

  1. Advertising accounts

Opened by the client, or by your agency on their behalf. We are given user access, which can be withdrawn in a minute.

  2. Advertising spend

Charged by the platform to the client's card or invoice account. It never passes through us.

  3. Audience and customer lists

Remain in the client's systems. Uploads for targeting are hashed and made only with documented consent.

  4. Creative files

Source files for every advert and email are handed to your agency, editable.

Limits

Outside anyone's control

We would sooner lose a partner at this paragraph than disappoint a client in month three.

Cost per click

Auction prices rise when competitors bid more. A plan can be adjusted, but the market sets the price.

Enquiries and sales

Advertising brings visitors. Whether they buy depends on the product, the price and how the client follows up.

Platform decisions

Adverts are rejected and accounts suspended by automated review, sometimes wrongly. Appeals take time.

Follower counts

We do not buy followers or engagement, and organic reach on most networks is small.

Process

Working arrangement

  1. Brief

You tell us the client's offer, audience, budget and what they count as a conversion.

  2. Quote and plan

A fee for the work and a written plan: channels, tracking, creative needed and what will be measured.

  3. Approval

Nothing is published and no budget is spent until your agency has signed off the copy, creative and targeting.

  4. Run and adjust

Campaigns are checked through the week. Changes are logged with the reason for each.

  5. Report

A monthly document in your layout showing spend, results as recorded by the platform, and recommendations.

Straight talk

Is reselling marketing right for your agency?

Go ahead when

  • Your client has a product people already buy and a site that converts.
  • Somebody at your agency will own the strategy and the client calls.
  • The client agrees to fund the advertising accounts themselves.
  • You can explain a poor month to a client without blaming the supplier.

Hold back when

  • The client wants a stated number of leads for a stated fee.
  • Tracking cannot be installed on the website.
  • The budget is a single month with no intention to continue.
  • Copy has to be published without anyone approving it.
Questions

Asked before a first campaign

Why is there no price list?

The hours depend on the number of channels, the volume of creative and the state of the tracking. After a short look at the account we give a fee for the engagement.

Is there a minimum advertising budget?

We set none. We will say so if a budget looks too small to produce enough data to learn from.

Do you contact the client for approvals?

No. Approvals come from your agency, and the client hears from you. A specialist can join a call as part of your team when you want one present.

Who is responsible for advertising rules?

The advertiser. Claims about health, finance or prices must be cleared by the client's own adviser. We follow the platform policies and flag copy that looks risky.

What happens if we end the arrangement?

Yes. Access is removed, files are handed over and the accounts carry on under the client's ownership.
