Engineering happens in Rajkot and Ahmedabad, on India time. The city pages say this plainly rather than implying a local development team.
Overlap hours are agreed per client
Before work starts we agree when your engineer is reachable in your working day: most of the day for the Gulf, your afternoon for Singapore and Australia, your morning for Europe and the Americas.

Hourly rates on request in US dollars, one invoice a month and month-to-month engagements, wherever the client is based.
