The quickest way to a useful answer is a short description of the work: what exists today, what needs to change, and when you need it. You do not need a specification, and you will not be asked to book a call before anyone reads your message.
Every enquiry reaches a person on our team by email and WhatsApp at the same time. We reply within one business day, in plain terms, and we will tell you if the work is not something we should do.

Name, email and a few lines about the work. A link to the current site or app helps. Keep it to an outline you would be happy to send without an NDA: no passwords, customer records or private source code. If we need confidential material we sign an NDA, yours or ours, and agree a protected channel before anything sensitive changes hands. What you send is used only to answer you.

Common questions
What should I put in the message?
For a new business system: what the process is, who does it today and what must improve. For an existing system: what it does, the language and database if you know them, roughly how old it is and what worries you most. For supplier information: which documents procurement needs; we answer security questionnaires and share supplier details, assurance status and contract paper on request.
What happens after I send an enquiry?
A person reads it and replies within one business day, usually with two or three questions. If a call would help, we suggest times in your time zone.
Will you sign a confidentiality agreement?
Yes. Confidentiality and ownership terms are part of the agreement signed before any detailed work begins. If you have your own agreement, send it.
Can I get a price from a one-line description?
A range, sometimes. A firm price needs a scoping conversation or a paid discovery, depending on size. We would rather say that than guess.
Do you work with clients outside India?
Yes. The team works India time and agrees overlap hours per client; Gulf, European and Australian hours overlap comfortably, and for the Americas we fix call windows.
