Terms and Conditions

These terms govern your use of pwtech.pw. They are not the contract for delivered work: paid engagements run under a signed master agreement and a statement of work (SOW), or under your own paper where your legal team prefers that. Where a signed engagement contract and these website terms disagree, the engagement contract wins.

Using this site

You may read, print and share these pages for your own evaluation and procurement. You may not scrape the site at a rate that degrades it for others, attempt to reach areas you have not been granted access to, probe or test its security without our written permission, republish substantial parts as your own, or use the site to send unlawful, infringing or malicious material.

What is on these pages

Service descriptions, technology lists, indicative timelines and any rate calculator on this site are provided to help you scope work. They are estimates and general information, not an offer and not a quotation. Nothing on this site creates a binding commitment on either side. A price, a scope and a delivery date become binding only when they are written into a signed SOW.

We keep this site accurate and correct errors when we find them, but we do not warrant that every page is complete or current, and we may change service descriptions without notice.

Intellectual property

The site’s text, layout, code, graphics, video and the Pwtech name and logo belong to Pwtech or its licensors. Third-party names, logos and trademarks that appear on the site remain the property of their owners and are used to identify technologies and platforms, not to imply endorsement or partnership beyond what is stated in words.

Work we deliver to you is yours. Deliverables and their source code are assigned to the client on final payment. Pre-existing tooling we bring is identified in the SOW and licensed to you for the deliverable.

What you send us

Do not send confidential material through the enquiry form or the on-site chat. Use them to start a conversation; we will arrange a protected channel, and sign your NDA or provide ours, before anything sensitive changes hands. Material you do send through the site is handled as described in our Privacy Policy, and you confirm you are entitled to send it.

Third-party links and services

This site links to external sites and uses third-party services, including Google reCAPTCHA on our forms and WhatsApp for the messaging button. Following those links or using those services puts you under their terms and privacy policies. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content.

Availability

We aim to keep this site available and we monitor it, but we do not promise uninterrupted access. Maintenance, hosting incidents and network faults happen. Availability commitments for delivered systems are set per engagement and written into the SOW, with severity tiers you can hold us to — they are not governed by this page.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of this website. Liability for delivered work is governed by the engagement contract and its agreed cap, not by this page. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Governing law

These website terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Rajkot, Gujarat have jurisdiction over disputes about this website. The governing law and dispute-resolution route for an engagement is agreed in that engagement’s contract, and is frequently the client’s own jurisdiction — we work under client paper where that is what procurement requires.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page at the time you use the site is the one that applies, and the date below tells you when it last changed.
