An employee. That is why we can arrange cover and a replacement, and why the person is not juggling other clients during your hours.
Can we hire a team rather than one person?
Yes. Most teams start with one or two people and grow once the working routine is proven.
What does the contract commit us to?
The current month. Let us know before the next one begins if you want to stop or change the hours.
Who manages the person day to day?
You do. They take priorities from you. We look after employment, equipment and cover.
Who owns the work?
You. It is committed to your repositories and accounts as it is produced, and the agreement says so.
